A landing page system where AI builds, AI reviews and a human decides

Since April 2026 we have been building a landing page system for a client that advertises internationally, in which every page is a validated data record. Once the brief is set, an AI agent builds the page, three specialised AI reviewers check ad claims, tracking, and performance and SEO in parallel, and a human signs off. New pages and variants come together in hours – tailored to ad and goal, fast-loading and true to the client’s brand. The system now covers 25 landing pages for two clients, 15 of them in ad production.

As of September 2026. Pages in ad production are those the project lists as live in campaigns. The twelve variants (six pages with two variants each) were live about 24 hours after the repository was started, including the transfer of the system – read from the version control timestamps.

Starting point

Paid traffic needs many landing pages that fit precisely: a variant of its own for each audience, message and test. Built one by one by hand, this quickly turns into a patchwork – the brand frays, campaign parameters get lost along the way, at some point nobody knows exactly which page is behind which ads, and every new variant becomes a small project again.

Building pages quickly is no longer the problem with AI. Quality is: ad claims have to be true and comply with the ad platform’s policies, measurement and load time must not suffer, and a page that is currently receiving budget must not change by accident.

What we built

A system that does not trade speed off against control.

Flexible in structure, consistent in brand

Every landing page is tailored to its ad, its audience and its goal: its own structure, its own message, its own test variants. Technically it is a structured data record, validated against a schema at build time; the design comes from design packs that hold the brand together. A new variant is therefore a new data record – not a new project.

One builder, three reviewers, one release review

One AI agent builds. Three specialised AI reviewers work in parallel: one for ad claims and platform policies, one for tracking and indexing, one for performance, SEO and accessibility. A release review combines their verdicts into one recommendation – approve, hold or reject. A human makes the decision.

Optimised quickly

A new headline, a different audience, an extra test variant: every adjustment goes through the same checks as the first version. Pages can be optimised for ads and goals continuously without quality or measurement suffering.

Fast to load, cleanly measured

Astro delivers finished HTML without a heavy framework, and the fonts come from our own server. With every change, the automated checks measure load time and layout stability of the core pages against fixed mobile budgets – the largest content element has to render within 2.5 seconds on mobile. Every button passes the campaign parameters from the ad on in full, covered by automated tests.

Pages in ad production are locked

As soon as a page receives budget, it is locked. A change then needs an explicit approval note; without it, the automated check fails.

How a page comes about

  1. 01

    Brief

The marketing AI team derives from ad and revenue data which page is needed. A human approves the brief.

  2. 02

    Build

The builder agent creates the page as a data record, initially as a draft.

  3. 03

    Review in parallel

The three reviewers check claims and policies, tracking, and performance at the same time.

  4. 04

    Release decision

The release review bundles the verdicts; a human decides whether the page goes live.

  5. 05

    Live and locked

The page passes through preview and staging, goes live and is locked as soon as it is in ad production.

  6. 06

    Optimise

New variants and adjustments go through the same checks; locked pages only change with an approval note.

What the AI may do – and what it may not

The AI works fast, but not alone: every role has a clearly defined job, and anything that touches budget or the public face of the brand is decided by a human.

What the AI takes on

  • Building pages and variants from an approved brief
  • Checking ad claims against claim rules and platform policies
  • Checking tracking, performance, SEO and accessibility
  • Giving a release recommendation with reasons

What a human decides

  • Which page gets built – by approving the brief
  • Whether a page goes live
  • Which variant runs in ads
  • Every change to a page in ad production

Result

The system has been running since April 2026 and now covers 25 landing pages, 15 of them in ad production. Two examples from September 2026 show how fast it works: for the second client, twelve page variants were live about 24 hours after the start – including the transfer of the system. And a new page on a new design pack was live less than three hours after its first draft and in ad production the same evening.

The technology carried over to a second client: same mechanics, separate repository, separate brand. The locking logic and the passing-on of campaign parameters came along unchanged, tests included.

The benefit is speed and control at once: new pages and variants come together in hours, can be optimised for ads and goals continuously – and every one of them goes through the same checks.

What carries over to your business

  • New pages and variants in hours – as validated data records instead of one-offs.
  • Parallel reviewers with clear responsibilities instead of a generator without control.
  • Locks for pages that receive budget.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI also write the landing page copy?

The builder implements the content from an approved brief. A dedicated reviewer checks every ad claim against the client’s claim rules and the ad platform’s policies and flags anything that cannot be substantiated – before a human decides on release.

How quickly does a new page come about?

Once the system is in place and the brief is approved, in hours. In September 2026 a new page on a new design pack was live less than three hours after its first draft; for the second client, twelve variants were live about 24 hours after the start. A further variant of an existing page is a new data record that goes through the same checks.

Why Astro?

Because landing pages above all need to be fast and robust. Astro delivers finished HTML without a heavy JavaScript framework in the browser, and the fonts come from our own server. In other projects we build landing pages with Next.js too – what matters is what the page has to do.

Can a page change while budget is running on it?

Not unnoticed. Pages in ad production are locked; a change needs an explicit approval note, otherwise the automated check fails.

Does this work for B2B landing pages too?

Yes. The principle – pages as validated data records, parallel reviewers, locks in ad production – does not depend on industry or audience. If you prefer, it runs on a subdomain of its own, without touching your existing website.
